Go Gospel
The Go Gospel project has been supported by the UK National Lottery Awards, providing a unique opportunity for young people aged 7-14 to explore and develop their singing, songwriting, performance and production skills whilst building their confidence, self-esteem and helping them to recognise their value. What’s great about being in Go Gospel? Participants say they love learning a new, completely different style of music!
In addition to their performances and producing their own show, the group’s achievements include writing ‘Just Carry On’ together during the pandemic.
'Singing online with Go Gospel has really helped to keep me motivated and inspired. To then also have the opportunity to collaboratively write and record our own song was such a great experience. I have learnt so much throughout the process. Our song, 'Just Carry On', exemplifies our fighting spirit and is a message to everyone that we can achieve anything we want when we put our mind to it' - one of Go Gospel.
